Project Objectives: To counteract the effects of the pandemic, which resulted from the introduction of sanitary restrictions, which initially prevented the facility from operating and then significantly limited the provision of hospitality and catering services at the Kashubian facility.

The project’s planned activities resulted in an increase in the common area designated for guests of the Kashubian Lodge & Spa by constructing a new dining room, consequently enlarging the lounge area, and creating a new professional kitchen with a very high standard of hygiene.

The facility has been adapted to sanitary requirements, including strict social distancing guidelines.

Easily washable equipment has been installed in the kitchen area, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

Additional disinfection procedures using ozonators have been implemented into routine hygiene procedures.

As a result of the project, the facility’s hygiene and sanitary standards have been improved.
