§ 1 Subject of regulations


  1. Regulations apply to all persons residing in the Kashubian Lodge & Spa in Częstocin, commune Przywidz.
  2. The regulations define the rules for the provision of services, the responsibilities of guests and the habitat, as well as rules for staying at the hotel.
  3. The regulations are available at the main reception desk and on the website: https://kashubian.pl/
  4. Confirmation of reading the regulations takes place at the time of booking, making an advance payment, paying the entire amount for the stay or signing the residence card.


§ 2 Accommodation day


  1. The hotel room shall be rented for hotel days. Check-in starts at 16.00 and ends at 11.00 a.m. of the following day
  1. The hotel Guest may not transfer the room to third parties even if the period for which he or she paid for the stay has not expired.


§ 3 Reservation and registration


  1. Reservations can be made by e-mail or fill out the form on the website www.kashubian.pl
  2. By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to the processing of his personal data by Kashubian Karolina Rendaszka, Gdynia, 3 Maja 37A lok. 12, 81-396 Gdynia, VAT NO: 5861118792; REGON: 191608609; in accordance with Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data for purposes related to the execution of the transaction.
  3. The owner of the Kashubian Lodge & SPA is Karolina Rendaszka based in Gdynia, 3 Maja 37A/12, 81-396 Gdynia, VAT NO: 5861118792; REGON: 191608609;
  4. After booking, the Guest receives a booking confirmation, which is the reference number when making any changes.
  5. The booking is made for the natural person or business entity that will make the payment.
  6. By making a reservation, you confirm that the entity making the reservation accepts the terms and conditions set out in these regulations.
  7. The reservation is confirmed after 50% upfront payment (deposit) of the price for the stay to the Kashubian Lodge and SPA or after making an online payment via the reservation module on the website www.kashubian.pl.
  8. Failure to pay the advance payment within the agreed period will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  9. The payment of the deposit should be made within 3 days from the date of confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
  10. Advance payment made in accordance with the above rules is non-returnable, unless the cancellation of the reservation takes place at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay. In such a situation, the entire amount of your payment is subject to return. The refund will be made to the bank account provided by e-mail by the person or entity which made the reservation.
  11. If the deposit is paid in advance, the Guest’s failure to appear in the Kashubian Lodge & SPA by 6.00 a.m. the next day (arrival on the next day) means resignation from the stay, if the Guest has not previously notified the Kashubian Lodge & SPA in writing or by e-mail to the address info@kashubian.pl.


§ 4 Responsibility of the habitat


  1. Kashubian Lodge & SPA is responsible only for items placed in the deposit. In other cases related to the loss or damage of items brought by guests of Kashubian Lodge & SPA, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
  2. Kashubian Lodge & SPA reserves the right to refuse to deposit items of high value, significant amounts of money, items threatening safety and large-size items that cannot be placed in the deposit.
  3. Siedlisko is not responsible for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, which have been parked in an unguarded car park. Kashubian Lodge & SPA is also not responsible for things left in the car parked in the parking area.


§ 5 Responsibility of the Guests


  1. Children under 12 years of age should be under the constant care of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for damages resulting from the actions of children.
  2. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the Kashubian Lodge & SPA should not disturb other guests. In violation of this rule, the Kashubian Lodge & SPA may refuse to provide a person with further services.
  3. The reception should be immediately notified of any damage in the Kashubian Lodge & SPA.
  4. The guest of the Kashubian Lodge & SPA bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.


§ 6 Complaints


  1. Guests have the right to make a complaint when noticing any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing the irregularities.
  2. All complaints in writing are accepted by the hotel reception.
  3. Complaints may also be submitted via e-mail to the address info@kashubian.pl
  4. The complaint will be considered immediately after it is received by the Kashubian Lodge & SPA, within no more than 14 days from the date of its receipt. In the event of disputes, the Code of Civil Law will apply.


§ 7 Information on personal data


  1. The administrator of your personal data is Kashubian Lodge & SPA Karolina Rendaszka with its registered office Gdynia 81-396, 3 Maja 37A lok. 12, VAT NO: 5861118792; REGON: 191608609
  2. The Guest’s personal data is processed on the basis of a service contract concluded between the Guest and Kashubian Lodge & SPA. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide hotel services or other similar services that are provided by Kashubian Lodge & SPA at the Guest’s request. In addition, the Guest’s personal data may be processed by video monitoring used in Kashubian Lodge & SPA. The purpose of video monitoring is to protect the safety of the Guest and other people staying in or around Kashubian Lodge & SPA.
  3. If the Guest provides personal data regarding preferences about the stay or the services provided, Kashubian Lodge & SPA may process this personal data for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided by Kashubian Lodge & SPA or ensuring the Guest’s comfort or providing additional services for the Guest, including the Guest’s satisfaction only in relation to the successive improving the services provided by the Kashubian Lodge & SPA. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is the legitimate interest of Kashubian Lodge & SPA (Article 6 pt.1f of the GDPR).
  4. Kashubian Lodge & SPA informs that providing personal data to the extent necessary to identify the Guest is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting a sale made to the Guest with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with Kashubian Lodge & SPA, as well as making it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.
  5. Kashubian Lodge & SPA informs that every guest has the right to access their personal data and correct and update them, as well as the right to transfer data, object to processing, limit processing and delete personal data, if there are legal grounds for this.
  6. Kashubian Lodge & SPA informs that the Guest’s personal data will be stored for the entire period of providing the service to the Guest, as well as the data will be kept for the period of limitation of any claims, including tax and civil claims. On the other hand, personal data processed by video monitoring will be stored for a period of 14 days.
  7. Guest’s personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  8. Kashubian Lodge & SPA informs that the Guest’s personal data may be made available only on the basis of applicable law.
  9. Kashubian Lodge & SPA informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the body supervising the processing of personal data, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw, Stawki 2 street.
